Remanufacturing, Uprating and Conversion

Remanufacturing of the Transformer saves the down time and substantial cost compared with a newly ordered Transformer. We are well equipped with Crane, Winding machines, Vacuum Drying Plant and Testing Setup of adequate capacity. We have re- engineered a number of Power and Furnace Transformers, Rectifiers, Reactors and Special Transformers. Telawne Cromptek has absorbed the best practices of design and engineering of various OEMs and is able to swiftly bring out the right solution to the board.

We have a well-equipped Plant for providing services under one roof from 11 kV Class Distribution Transformers to 220 kV Class Power Transformers.

Life Extension Services

Telawne Cromptek has a proactive approach to support asset owners for the reduction in Total life cycle cost of Transformer aligned with an active condition monitoring program. The approach is to take action based on the assessment of the condition of the Transformer.

Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis
